Tracy has been working in childcare for over two decades, starting in childminding and being a Teaching Assistant before moving into nursery settings. She is the Head of Preschool and looks after children aged between 2 and 4.

Lucy has plenty of experience looking after children of various ages and her bright personality means she adores her job.
