Sarah is the Managing Director of Ducklings Childcare, she oversees the day to day running of the business. She has two children of her own currently in school.

Jane may have retired but she is still one of the Directors and you may see her around Ducklings occasionally checking in on us and helping out when other staff are unwell.
Tracy (Section Lead of Ducks)

Tracy has been working in childcare for over two decades, starting in childminding and being a Teaching Assistant before moving into nursery settings. She is the Head of Preschool and looks after children aged between 3 and 4.

Leanne is the Section Lead of Ducklings she has her level three in Early Years Education and has previous experience working with children.
Lucy (Early Years Professional)
Lucy is a member of Ducklings & Ducks, she has her level three in childcare and previously worked as the Head of Babies until she had a child of her own and moved down to the preschool.
Hannah (Early Years Professional)
Hannah is a member Eggs and Hatchlings, she has her level three in childcare and she has previous experience working with children and truly enjoys helping them reach their potential.

Parveen is the newest member of staff at Ducklings and has settled in easily. Parveen has her level 3 in childcare and works in all rooms when needed. Coming from an agency background she has worked with children before and raised her own along with grandchildren.
