Sarah is the Managing Director of Ducklings Childcare, she oversees the day to day running of the business. She has two children of her own currently in school.

Jane may have retired but she is still one of the Directors and you may see her around Ducklings occasionally checking in on us and helping out when other staff are unwell.

Tracy has been working in childcare for over two decades, starting in childminding and being a Teaching Assistant before moving into nursery settings. She is the Head of Eggs and Hatchlings and looks after children aged between birth and 3.

Leanne is the Section Lead of Ducklings and Ducks, working with children primarily aged between 2 and 4. She has her level three in Early Years Education and has previous experience working with children.

Lucy is a member of Eggs, she has her level three in childcare and has years of experience working with children.

Hannah is a member Ducklings and Ducks, she has her level three in childcare and she has previous experience working with children and truly enjoys helping them reach their potential.

Alishba is a member of Eggs & Hatchlings and has her level three in childcare, she is excellent with the little ones and has previous experience looking after children.

Parveen has her level 3 in childcare and is a member of the Hatchlings team. Coming from an agency background she has worked with children before and raised her own along with grandchildren.
